We ask for a reference from two New Orleans musicians so that we can contact them to verify that you are a New Orleans musician that lost property in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina. We will contact you to get their contact information if we don't already have their contact information in our database. We are New Orleans musicians and with our contacts in the New Orleans music community, we should be able to verify your information without much of a problem.
